The Undertakings which were approved on 30 March 2008 confirm Telecom Wholesale's obligations to the industry.

The Undertakings apply to certain services, called Relevant Services.  See the list of Wholesale Relevant Services including Relevant Resale Services.

Some of these Wholesale Relevant Services are regulated and are subject to Standard Terms Determinations (STDs). The terms governing the provision of the following regulated services are available on the Commerce Commission website - UBA and UBA Backhaul.

Processes are in place should you wish to raise any concerns regarding Telecom Wholesale's implementing of the Undertakings:

• Reporting suspected Undertakings breaches
• Reporting issues relating to Resale Equivalence.
