How We Work Together

As a service provider you will have the direct relationship with your customer, the end-user, including the design, branding and marketing of your services, customer care, Help Desk support, billing and other services. 

To help you run your business we will provide tools and services to support these services and once you become a customer an account manager will familiarise you with them.

 These tools are:

Online, Ordering and Tracking (OO&T) to lodge and track progress on new service and transfer requests and MACs (moves, adds and changes) for selected data, broadband and voice services

Online Fault Management (OFM) to register and track faults following your initial fault diagnosis with the end-user

Safecom Secure File Transfer System for secure file delivery for information you need to run you business such as billing information, production updates and useful forms

We also encourage our customers to be active participants in the telecommunications industry.  You may want to consider membership of a number of industry organisations:

 Telecommunications Carriers' Forum (TCF)

 Telecommunications Users Association of New Zealand (TUANZ)
