Reporting Resale Equivalence Issues
Wholesale Relevant Resale Services are services to which the Resale Equivalence standard applies (see page 13 of the Telecom Separation Undertakings).
If a service provider has concerns that Resale Services are not being provided at the Resale Equivalence standard, or have any other issue relating to Resale Equivalence, they can email us at resaleequivalence@telecom.co.nz. Please remember to include:
- Your name, company, phone number and email address
- A description of the issue you would like to raise, and which Resale Service it relates to
- The impact that this issue has had or is likely to have had on your business
- Any relevant information or documents in support of the issue.
You will be contacted by your Account Manager to discuss the issue raised, to fully understand the nature of the issue and its impact.
Issues raised will also be reported to the IOG.
