Our Commitments
Our commitment to our customers is underpinned by two key documents:
- Firstly, the Telecom Wholesale Charter, introduced by Telecom Wholesale in April 2006 to provide wholesale customers with greater certainty on our supply of new products and of our service performance.
- More recently, the Telecom Separation Undertakings, which were approved on 30 March 2008, confirm Telecom Wholesale's obligations to the industry.

Customer complaints: Telecom Wholesale takes customer complaints seriously and we work within the telecommunications industry scheme for dealing with complaints fairly and quickly.
