Telecom Wholesale Agency products

Telecom and Chorus have entered into an agreement that will allow Chorus to supply the Local Access and Calling Service in a bundle with UBA and act as an agent for Telecom. Under this agreement Chorus will act as Telecom’s channel for the Telecom Wholesale products listed below.

Agency products will continue to be provided under the service provider’s Telecom Wholesale Services Agreement (WSA), but Chorus will provide the ‘fulfil, assure and bill’ functions and day-to day service delivery and account management support.

For complex product questions, your Chorus account manager may escalate to Telecom Wholesale as needed, and for complex commercial questions, your Telecom Wholesale account manager may contact you directly, but this will be the exception. For most queries, including pricing, please contact your Chorus account manager or service delivery manager in the first instance
