Account and Business Development
Our Account and Business Development team is responsible for retaining and growing existing customers business, taking ownership and accountability for overall customer experience and relationship for existing customers and acting as our customers' 'voice' within Wholesale.
We seek to grow, manage and maintain Wholesale and customer revenue streams, manage our customers' commercial and contractual requirements and support our customers in key areas, such as strategic decision making.

Jilyut Wong - Account Director
Jilyut is responsible for managing Telecom Wholesale's relationship with Vodafone and enjoys the challenges of working with Vodafone against the backdrop of a rapidly changing industry.
Jilyut started his telecommunications career in Sales with BellSouth and was previously with Telstra, TelstraSaturn and TelstraClear for nearly 10 years working in various roles including Wholesale, Carrier and Industry Relations, Strategy and Corporate Development.

Martin is the Account Director responsible for sales and service to TelstraClear. Martin has more than 8 years experience in telecommunications. Prior to joining Telecom Wholesale in 2008, Martin worked in Wholesale Unit of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic in Prague.

Account Management Team
Daniel Cummins - Manager, Account Management
Daniel joined the Wholesale team in 2007. Initially responsible for customer relationships with the Telecom Retail and Gen-i business units, he now manages the team of account managers.
Prior to joining the team, Daniel spent 4 years with Siemens NZ, most recently as GM for their Industrial Automation and Control business unit. Daniel is a Telecom ‘re-tread' having previously spent 5 years working for Telecom in Sales and Channel management roles before leaving to join Siemens.

Angela Thomas - Account Manager
Angela is responsible for maintaining the relationships between Telecom and our valued Wholesale customers. Previously Angela worked for British Telecom as an Analyst Consultant, which comprised of analysing my customers Networked Information and Communications estate and suggesting ways to improve their efficiency. Angela worked for Yellow Pages and prior to this Angela was in the Royal Air Force for 9 years.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys all outdoor sports including running, fishing and skiing.

Gareth Juddery - Account Manager
Gareth manages a Telecom Wholesale portfolio and is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with wholesale customers. Prior to coming to Telecom Wholesale, Gareth spent 5 years in an Account Management role at Contact Energy, managing Industrial Natural Gas and Electricity partnerships.

Peter Farrington - Account Manager
Peter has 35 years experience in telecommunication services including 18 years experience in providing technical support, consultancy and technical sales solutions to the business and corporate sectors.
Peter initiated and implemented the concept of including integrated telecommunications solutions for numerous business and corporate customers throughout NZ. He has a proven track record of business planning and skills in telecommunications design including voice data mobile WAN and LAN technologies, and has experience in contract preparation and negotiation.

Jamie leads the Business Development team. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for 14 years primarily in sales, marketing and strategy roles for companies such as AT&T, Energis UK, Telecom and Gen-i.

Angie Sharp - Business Development Manager
Angie focuses on identifying new business opportunities and bringing new customers onboard. This includes contract negotiations and aligning Wholesale's products and services to meet customers' business needs.
Before coming to Wholesale, Angie had a marketing role with Telecom Retail focussed on Medium Enterprise customers. She worked on projects such as bringing new products to market and developing a customer loyalty programme.

Andrew Milner-White - Commercial Manager
In his role as Commercial Manager, Andrew provides commercial and contractual support to the account management and business development teams, and for the broader Telecom Wholesale business unit. He has been with Telecom Wholesale since February 2008, and has previously worked for two substantial New Zealand law firms.

Edward Robinson - Commercial Manager
Edward provides commercial advice to the account managers and wider wholesale team to help with the commercial requirements of the wholesale customers. He specifically works with the Wholesale Services Agreements and Interconnect Agreements. Edward has a legal background and worked in general practice and Genesis Energy prior to joining Telecom Wholesale.
